Straight talk, worth it or not?
The mattresses were heavenly! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Loved the cozy common area—great for game nights.
Customer service was inconsistent. some staff were rude! A laundry option is nice, but the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable.

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a tea/coffee maker. The shower was nice and spacious. The fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable, making it easy to sleep in.

I had a week-long stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The mattresses and bedding offered fantastic comfort. The common area was cozy for gatherings. I appreciated the laundry facility. doing laundry for free is a major plus when staying for a week. However, the wifi connection was unreliable. My TV barely worked during my stay, and noise from the kids running above me at night was quite bothersome. I had a rough morning when the fire alarm went off at 4 AM without any follow-up from the staff, leaving everyone confused. Cleaning service missed several days despite my requests. Breakfast options were limited and not appealing. The staff had mixed attitudes. two members provided excellent service while others weren’t nearly as accommodating.
